By subscribing to one or more formulas or for any other purchase on the site, you agree that neither you, nor your heirs, nor your legal successors, nor your legal representatives will file a lawsuit or make a claim of any kind. it is against Sophie Lyon. The latter is not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
Sophie Lyon cannot also be held responsible if your physical or nutritional objectives are not achieved. In addition, it cannot be responsible if the purchase made does not correspond to your expectations.
Terms & Conditions
1. Prices may increase from time to time to reflect increased costs and benefits. The price increase applies only to the purchase of new formulas and/or to new members.
2. As a member, you accept that payments are made online by credit or debit card when purchasing the plan.
3. It is the member's responsibility to pay online for any unpaid participation in a course, nutrition session, or other event on the sophielyon-physio.com website. Sophie Lyon reserves the right to suspend the member's membership until unpaid services are settled.
4. Gift cards can be exchanged for formulas or products from the e-shop. They cannot be exchanged for cash.
5. To register or purchase from the online booking system and to attend classes, you must be over 18 years of age. Children under 18 must present parental consent.
6. You must ensure that you provide accurate and complete data.
Member Access and Purchase(s)
1. All purchases (formulas, access to courses or the course library, e-shop products) contained in your member area are personal and non-transferable. Anyone caught sharing their member area codes will be permanently excluded from the site and from all the services offered without any compensation of any kind whatsoever.
2. Any sharing or downloading of digital files or videos is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action.
3. The discovery formula is an introductory offer reserved for new members. It is only available once. Anyone caught buying a discovery formula under two different accounts will be permanently excluded from the site and from all the services offered without any compensation of any kind whatsoever.
4. The coupons received when you join, on the purchase of formulas or other are strictly personal. Anyone caught sharing their coupon codes will be permanently excluded from the site and from all the services offered without any compensation of any kind whatsoever.
5. When purchasing a plan, the activation date will be the date of the first lesson booked.
6. Access to the video library is by monthly payment. The activation date will be the date of purchase.
Booking Policy
1. Payment for all services must be received prior to the scheduled service date to secure your booking.
2. Classes, nutrition sessions and other events must be booked in advance. To do this, simply book via the online booking service on the site. Lessons can be booked up to 1 hour before the start of the lesson. Nutrition sessions must be booked at least 72 hours in advance, to allow your therapist to prepare your session.
3. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you for all reservations.
4. Reservations can be modified via your member area within 24 hours. Beyond this period, the reservation will be deducted from the formula in its entirety.
5. No reservation, modification or cancellation will be taken into account if they are made by telephone or e-mail.
Cancellation Policy
1. If you cannot attend your course or your nutrition session as planned, please cancel your place via your member area in order to make the place available for other people.
2. Cancellations must be made through the online booking system or mobile app at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
3. No cancellations will be considered by telephone or e-mail.
Formula Suspension Policy
1. Formula suspensions are authorized on presentation of a medical certificate. Sophie Lyon reserves the right to give the suspension agreement if the reason seems to her to be justified (death, long-term vacation).
2. Suspension can be requested twice per calendar year. and can be from 2 weeks to 6 weeks maximum. Suspensions for medical reasons will be evaluated based on the medical prescription.
5. The member must notify me of the requested duration in writing.
Privacy and Security Policy
